In one sentence: every payment buys one specific service, on the day it is delivered. The 30% deposit secures your date and is never returned; everything else you pay when you receive the service.
When each thing is paid
If you book additional people, on-site touch-ups or coordination with your photographer, those happen on the event day, so they are part of the deposit and balance calculation.
Travel
I come to you: your home, the hotel or the venue.
- Within Cali: $45.000 COP, once per booking. It does not matter how many people are getting ready that day: it is one trip.
- Outside Cali: it depends on distance. I quote it on WhatsApp once you give me the address, before you pay any deposit.
- The trial and the prequince already include it within the city, because their price already covers that separate trip.
Travel happens on the event day, so it is included in the deposit calculation along with the other services for that day.

A bride in Cali, with a trial run and two companions:

How you can pay
I receive payments through Nequi. I confirm every payment on WhatsApp with the date and the amount, so we both hold the same record.
If you need to move your date
You can reschedule once, with at least 8 days notice and subject to my availability on the new date. The deposit moves across in full.
With less than 8 days notice I have already held your day and turned other events down, so the change is treated as a cancellation.
If you cancel

The deposit is not a penalty: it is the price of the date. When I hold your day I stop offering it to anyone else, and a late cancellation almost never gets filled.
If I am the one who cannot make it
If for reasons beyond my control I cannot deliver the service, I return everything you have paid, including the deposit, and I do my best to find you a colleague I trust for that date.
Worth knowing beforehand
- Minimum notice: bookings are made at least one day in advance.
- Final quote: the amount shown in Build your package is an estimate. I confirm it on WhatsApp based on the date, the location and the number of people, before you pay any deposit.
- Delays: if the event runs late for reasons outside my control, I work with whatever time is left without changing the agreed amount.
- Minors: when the service is for a minor, the booking and the payment are made by her mother, father or guardian.
If something does not add up
Message me on WhatsApp and we go through it with the payment records in front of us. I would rather fix a mistake in time than argue about it later.
These terms are governed by Colombian law, in particular the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011).
